Here's the loot. My first pick up from the CSA I joined last fall. We are going to be so healthy with all of these organic veggies on our plate each week. We have here bok choy, chinese cabbage, rhubarb, garlic chives, arugula, mizuma, sage (flowering) red leaf lettuce.
First night: I sauteed the bok choy with garlic chives and white beans....yum!
I make soap for a small business called Saipua (it now belongs to my daughter Sarah and her partner, Eric.) You can read all about that on the Saipua blog.
I have my own small business, Creekside Soaps, that makes equipment for soapmakers. (www.creeksidesoaps.com) I don't actually make the equipment...my husband does that. I pack, ship and do the bookkeeping.
So, I don't have a lot of free time, but when I do I like to do the things below. Not much interferes with my Mah Jongg game. I play once or twice each week.
