make a simple butter cake batter to spread on top.
Bake and then invert on a large plate.
Voila! My friends last night enjoyed it.

- I make soap for a small business called Saipua (it now belongs to my daughter Sarah and her partner, Eric.) You can read all about that on the Saipua blog. I pack, ship and do the bookkeeping. So, I don't have a lot of free time, but when I do I like to do the things below. Not much interferes with my Mah Jongg game. I play once or twice each week.

i make this ALL THE TIME with apples and peaches. however, i always cook both first. SO GOOD.
