I was so glad to see him today!
About 2 weeks ago, we found tufts of fur that looked like his all over our front yard. It didn't bode well for Buddy....
But he showed up today, all fluffy and well groomed.
Came in....lounged around for awhile.
Had a bite to eat...and then wanted to go out.
I always hate to see him go.
would T.S.Eliot name him Buddy...my occasional cat?

what a character.
we've got an occasional cat too....our miss mousie has moved out of her loving home of 11 years, and into a tree next door.
she's a wild cat these days, returning home for meals and to sneer at the other cats and endure our caresses.
she's sleeping behind the wine glasses tonight, but it's only occasional.
you just cannot dictate to a cat.
Patti, You are SO right about not being able to dictate to cats....
BTW....I love seeing your soap on your blog! So beautiful and creative!
