Biscotti after the first bake, cut and ready for second baking. After the second bake, they get turned for a third bake and then they're done. Sometimes you have to eat the broken ones.

I make soap for a small business called Saipua (it now belongs to my daughter Sarah and her partner, Eric.) You can read all about that on the Saipua blog.
I have my own small business, Creekside Soaps, that makes equipment for soapmakers. (www.creeksidesoaps.com) I don't actually make the equipment...my husband does that. I pack, ship and do the bookkeeping.
So, I don't have a lot of free time, but when I do I like to do the things below. Not much interferes with my Mah Jongg game. I play once or twice each week.
